Um, where's my tomato plant?

Last weekend I took the solo survivor - the one tomato plant that grew from a seed to a whopping 5 inches or so and had about 7 leaves on it - and put it into a larger pot out front.

Today I peeked into the container to make sure the soil was still damp enough and - it's gone! What critters steal the entire plant?! I guess I need to go buy a larger plant. *sigh*
