It's safe to put it out there... the house is once again pending.  I can't believe I ended up with two offers on my table at the same time, and less than 10 days after it went back on the market.  The above and beyond all expectations tells me one thing for sure - this was so clearly God in motion.  I'm so grateful.  I finally opened a bottle of champagne last night (I'm still *burp* drinking on it tonight - *hiccup*)

I just responded to the home inspection details for my new place, hopefully they will find my request agreeable and we can continue to march forward.
