The lemoncello went into the second stage of rest last night.  I scrubbed the limes too, which was enough out of the way to get me carving at those this evening, hence one batch of high test limecello has entered the first stage of rest.  The liquid instantly went green.  This batch should be fun.  I also have a nice container of limeade ready to sip on all week.  I bet that would be yummy with a little white run and some mint too, huh?
