Well, I was correct... he WAS in a rush to get the papers back. So much so they were overnighted. Turns out, the overnight carrier had them with wine which exploded... SO... they came back ruined and soaked in wine. Ironic being that we had a similar incident with some of our home brewed wine in our dining room down in NC. Anyhow, so now I need to go sign papers AGAIN. And start the wait all over.

Lawyers should never open a conversation with "I have some bad news for you".
