I have been busy with the produce from the CSA too. I gave away the swiss chard because let's be honest... no thanks. I did blanch the first batch of kale and put it into two bags before putting it into the freezer. The two eggplants were cooked in a skillet and put into a casserole. The corn was consumed as is and it was very sweet. Most of their cukes were put into vinegar/mayo/sugar.
