My garage was ripped up on Friday - so that bill is underway.  Since the carpet was cleaned I can't bring the dogs back in that way, and now the garage is a mess, so that's less than fun too. It will be good to get past all of this.  There is rain on the forecast for darn near every day - that means the deck can't dry out and they can't get to staining.

Here's hoping things can come together by next weekend. My desire to be on the market in April has now become mid-May.  *sigh*
