It's a waiting game now. We wait to see if there will be a gray area that can cover me.  I'm doing my best to not allow the situation to distract me, there is after all still a lot to get done every day.

This weekend, so far, has been quite a pleasant distraction.  Yesterday my sister and her husband came in for dinner and a bit of quality time.  Today kiddo and I went to the high school pool for a few hours followed by a visit to the library and a walk down our main street (Pike) for the trick or treat being put on by the businesses.

The foster kitties are doing well.  The one that was the most leery is now the first one to run up for attention.  They're good kids, a bit wild, but they keep each other in a good place.  All three are now listed and available for adoption -- here too we wait and see when things happen..
